done-for-you social media for event planners
We build you a social media presence that wins you the right clients.
When every portfolio looks the same, people book the person they click with. We make your social show what it's actually like to work with you.
Think of your favorite client ever.
They never haggled. They trusted your calls. Somewhere along the way they stopped feeling like a client and started feeling like a friend.
They didn't find you by accident.
Everyone's work is beautiful now. So beauty stopped deciding.
Every planner, designer and artist worth their rate has a gorgeous grid. When everything is stunning, stunning stops being the deciding factor. What decides is what they're quietly asking themselves while they scroll:
- "What are they actually like, once the deposit is paid?"
- "We'll be spending months together. Will we click, or will I be performing the whole time?"
- "When it gets stressful, are they the person I'll want next to me?"
Your portfolio can't answer a single one of those. That's why strangers shop your quote around, while the ones who get to know you almost always book.
beautiful, but silent · could be anyone's Now you're the deciding factor.
So we make your feed show what it's actually like to work with you: the steady calm, the honest call, the laugh in the middle of the chaos. The people who click with that feel it before they ever reach out.
The right ones lean in. The wrong ones scroll past. That's the whole point.

- where it starts
We build the strategy around you
Before anything's filmed, we get to know how you actually work: what makes people click with you, the clients you love and the ones who drain you. Then we shape your whole presence around the real you. Everything after this is just execution.
-
You film what we ask
A simple weekly shot list. Your phone, twenty minutes.
-
We do the rest
Editing, captions in your voice, posting and ads. Off your plate.
-
Your people arrive trusting you
They've seen your work and met you. The first call is a yes, not a pitch.
Questions, answered.
What does Delara Creative Studio do?
We're a done-for-you social media studio. We handle the strategy, editing, captions in your voice, posting and ads, so your feed shows both your best work and what you're actually like to work with.
Who do you work with?
Founder-led creative businesses: wedding and event planners, interior designers, and hair and makeup artists.
How does it work?
First we build the strategy around you. Then you film what we ask, then we do the rest: editing, captions, posting and ads. Your clients arrive already trusting you, so the first call is a yes, not a pitch.
How much time do I need to spend filming?
About twenty minutes a week. We send a simple weekly shot list and you film it on your phone; we carry everything else.
I don't really have an Instagram presence yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Some of our favorite clients start from zero. If your work and your taste are there, we build the whole presence around you from day one.
How is this different from a typical social media agency?
We don't just post beautiful work. We build your presence around the real you, so the right clients feel a connection before they ever reach out, and the wrong ones scroll past.
How do I get started?
Send an inquiry through the site or DM us on Instagram. We reply within two days, personally, and if it feels like a fit we set up a relaxed call.
If you've been nodding along, come say hi.
We keep our circle small, a handful of founders at a time, so every feed we shape gets our full heart. If you've already got a few of those perfect clients and you're ready for more, tell us about your world.
This shift is still young. In your niche, almost no one is in their own feed yet, and the first founders who are will hold the attention for years.
"I started Delara Creative Studio after years of watching brilliant women hide behind beautiful portfolios. Your clients aren't just buying the work, they're buying you, and putting that on camera is the part I love most. If you've read this far, I'd genuinely love to meet you."
